4) How many exercises will be required to achieve my goal?
5) In what order is each exercise executed.
6) How many repetitions of the same exercise must I complete to elicit the right training effect?
7) Will I need breaks between exercises?
8) How fast do I perform every motion?
9) How much time do I have?
10) What did I do in my last five workouts?
11 Will this be my only training today?
12) Am I experiencing any pain?
